Phoebe Schreiber
Chief Investment Officer
Phoebe brings over 11 years of investing and real estate operating experience and has invested over $600MM in single family rental properties. She is responsible for acquisitions and investment strategy for the firm.
Prior to Streetlane, Phoebe was Chief Operating Officer at 643 Capital Management, and a principal since its inception. At 643, she was primarily responsible for overseeing 643’s single family rental investing strategy and the development of its technology platform. Prior to 643, Phoebe was a Director at McKinley Capital Partners where she led acquisitions and operations for its distressed housing and debt platforms.
Phoebe earned a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and is a CFA charter holder.
Michael Cook
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Cook’s experience in the real estate industry began in 2005. He is responsible for maximizing the operating and financial performance of Streetlane

Prior to Streetlane, Mr. Cook worked at GTIS Partners as a Director of Asset Management, where he managed a $2 billion portfolio of residential, office, and hotel assets. Prior to GTIS Partners, Mr. Cook worked in Wells Fargo's Real Estate Special Situations Group, where he handled distressed-debt restructures and foreclosures across all levels of the capital stack, ranging in size from $2MM to $900MM+.

John Haag
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Haag started his career in public accounting with KPMG and subsequently moved to investment banking at JPMorgan and Bankers Trust

Experienced with solid financial and organizational skills. Turnaround, startups and C-level positions in a variety of industries have provided “trial-by-fire” opportunities to shape those skills.

Mr. Haag is a seasoned, decisive and versatile key executive. He has a strong track record of creating vision, executing strategy, and delivering results while under pressure, through strong leadership and determination.

Oversees daily acquisitions platform across all markets

Adriana Castillo
Compliance & Operations Manager
Responsible for implementing and overseeing Streelane’s compliance, risk, and liability programs.

As a founding member of 643, Ms. Castillo brings over 16 years of experience in real estate investments; negotiating ~$120M in sales and managing a sales team achieve over $70M in sales from 2010-2013
